SGent: It boils down to being a people pleaser at my core. I love to see the client happy, no matter what it is they come to se me for. That look and acknowledgment of satisfaction when they leave, is what motivates me and let’s me know I’ve done my job.

SGent: I always strive for good customer service. All I expect out of the client is that they come back and see me again, even if I may fall short of what they were expecting. I always like to have the chance to make it right and redeem myself.
