Born in Chicago, raised in San Diego thus a beach boy with midwest etiquette. Blessed childhood I excelled in school and sports earning myself admission to UC Berkeley, where I fell nothing short of culturally buff! After college, I traveled internationally gaining further appreciation for world's beauty and people abroad, as well my native surroundings. Next 15 years returned to family business in real estate investment & development. Turning my rental properties in San Diego over to 3rd party management, I recently moved to Orange County for change of scenery and explore new life in leisure.
